1. Acceptance

By using growflowautomat.com you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Services provided

Grow Flow Automation provides professional services for web development, process automation, AI integration, CRM implementation, e-commerce, SEO and web maintenance. Specific terms for each project are agreed in a signed proposal before work starts.

3. Proposals and quotes

Quotes are valid for 30 days from issuance. Scope, timeline and price are set in the proposal. Any out-of-scope changes are quoted separately before execution.

4. Payments

We charge in MXN via SPEI, bank transfer or credit card (Stripe). For projects we typically work 40% upfront / 30% mid / 30% delivery. We automatically issue CFDI 4.0 with the fiscal data you provide.

5. Intellectual property

Once the project is fully paid, all custom-developed code and design is yours. We reserve the right to mention the project in our portfolio (logo + general description) unless a specific NDA is signed.

6. Warranty and support

Each delivery includes 30 days of support for reported bug fixes. Improvements or changes beyond the original scope require additional quoting. We recommend a monthly maintenance plan for continuity.

7. Liability limitation

Our economic liability is limited to the amount paid for the project in question. We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss due to causes beyond our control (external provider outages, force majeure).

8. Cancellation

If you need to cancel an ongoing project, work performed to date is billed. Payments for completed milestones are non-refundable.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of Mexico City.
