- How does the booking system connect with my current setup (Doctoralia, Calendly, Google Calendar)?
- If you already use Calendly, Cal.com or Google Calendar, we connect it directly — the site's calendar reflects your real availability and blocks busy slots. For Doctoralia or more closed systems, we evaluate API or webhook sync. If you don't use anything, we set up Cal.com from scratch (free or very cheap for 1-2 providers).
- Does local SEO include Google Business Profile setup?
- Yes. We claim or set up your Google Business Profile from scratch, optimize categories, hours, photos, services, weekly posts and LocalBusiness schema on your site. If your profile already exists but is abandoned, we revive it. It's part of the package, not an add-on.
- Do you use WhatsApp Business API or my regular WhatsApp?
- Depends on volume. For 1-2 locations and under ~500 messages a day, WhatsApp Business (the free app) is enough and we connect it via Make/n8n or tools like Wati. For higher volumes or multi-location, we set up the official WhatsApp Business API — there are per-message costs there, but we explain everything beforehand.
