1. Data controller

Grow Flow Automation is the controller of personal data you provide through this website or contact channels. Write to [email protected] for any inquiry about your data.

2. Data we collect

When you fill a form or contact us, we collect: name, email, phone (optional), company name, service of interest and your message. While you browse, technical and usage data is also collected through Google (Analytics and Ads) and Meta (pixel) cookies and identifiers: pages viewed, visit source, device type, and whether you submit the form or click WhatsApp.

3. Purpose

We use your data exclusively to: (a) respond to your contact or quote request; (b) send you proposals and materials related to your request; (c) comply with fiscal and accounting obligations if you hire us; (d) measure the site and the effectiveness of our advertising. We don't sell your data.

4. Retention

We keep your data for the time needed to handle your request and, if you hire us, for the legally required period for fiscal purposes (minimum 5 years per Mexican LFPDPPP and SAT). After that, you can request deletion.

5. Your rights

You have the right to: Access your data, Rectify it, Cancel it, or Object to its use. You can also revoke consent anytime. To exercise these rights, write to [email protected].

6. Transfers and processors

To operate the site we use: Vercel (hosting), Resend or similar (email sending), Google Analytics and Google Ads (measurement and advertising), Meta (pixel and Conversions API for Facebook and Instagram advertising), Stripe (payments if you hire us). Each has its own privacy policy. We don't transfer your data to any other third party.

7. Cookies and how to decline them

When you enter the site you will see a cookie notice. If you choose "Decline", we stop using Google and Meta cookies and identifiers in your browser and remember your choice. If you accept or make no choice, they are used to measure the site and improve our ads. You can change your choice by clearing the site's data in your browser, or by writing to [email protected].

8. Security

All data travels via HTTPS. Personal information is stored with SOC 2-certified providers. No one outside the Grow Flow Automation team has access to your information.

9. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice. The 'last updated' date at the top reflects the current version. Substantial changes are notified via email to active clients.
